Dr. Alazzawi completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at Baghdad University in Iraq, followed by a Master’s degree in Oral Medicine from Sheffield University in the U.K. She furthered her training at the University of Illinois School of Dentistry in Carbondale, and is a board-certified dentist, known for her comprehensive approach and precise diagnostics.
She has also completed over 500 hours of continuing education, staying ahead in her field and ensuring her skills remain sharp and up to date.
Dr. Alazzawi’s practice philosophy emphasizes personalized and compassionate patient care. She is known for her attentive approach, listening carefully to patient concerns and providing accurate diagnoses. Her leadership has shaped a practice that delivers a full range of general dentistry procedures (excluding implants), supported by a team of experienced professionals.
Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Alazzawi is actively involved in volunteering and international natural disaster relief efforts. She also enjoys drawing and antiquing in her personal time and credits much of her growth to the mentorship of Dr. Parson and Dr. Saver.
